When does billing actually start?
When your container is running. Stop the container, billing stops. Free tier apps never accrue base charges.
What if my wallet runs out?
We email you well before zero. If it does hit zero, apps pause until you top up. No surprise debt.
Can I get a refund of unused balance?
Yes. Unused wallet balance that you paid for is refundable to the original payment method. Promotional, referral and partner credit can only be spent on the platform.
Do you raise prices on existing customers?
Only with at least 7 days notice and an email to every affected user. No silent hikes.
