Sarpius operates a small, fixed set of domains. If a page, an email or a link claims to be from Sarpius but sits on a domain that isn't listed here, don't trust it.

sarpius.eu
The marketing site, the console and the public API all live on this one domain. When you sign in to your Sarpius account, this is the domain your browser's address bar should show.
*.sarpius.app
Every application deployed on Sarpius gets its own subdomain here, for example yourapp.sarpius.app. Nothing of Sarpius itself runs on this domain; it exists to keep customer code separate from our own console and account system.
The content on this domain is the customer's, not ours
Whatever you see on a *.sarpius.app page is someone else's application, not Sarpius. We never ask for your Sarpius password, payment details or two-factor code on a *.sarpius.app page. If a page under this domain asks you to log in to "Sarpius", don't: it's phishing.

Technical endpoints the platform itself uses. These aren't pages meant for browsing, but you may see them in a client configuration or a connection string:
These domains exist to protect the Sarpius name. Every visitor is forwarded to sarpius.eu, and none of them ever sends email. A message that claims to be from Sarpius but arrives from one of these domains did not come from us.
synthcloud.nl
This is the domain the platform used under its previous name. It's being phased out and forwards visitors to sarpius.eu, but a small number of existing API clients and connected AI agents still point directly at it, so it stays reachable for now.
Automated email from the platform, such as a sign-up confirmation or a billing notice, is sent from an address on sarpius.eu, for example [email protected]. We never send email from synthcloud.nl, sarpius.nl, sarpius.com or sarpi.us.
If an email or a link claims to be from Sarpius but points at a domain other than the ones on this page, don't click it and don't enter any credentials. Report it to our security team so we can look into it.
